Registration for Community Education Programs
GOOD NEWS!
No
need to keep adding your personal information over and over again. If
you have a username and password from enrolling in any Community
Education Program, sign into that account at https://family.gpscommed.com/login.jsp to register for any program we have to offer. Click on the REGISTRATION tab to enroll.
Registration Information
VIK families are required to register their child prior to choosing a schedule.
If at any time during the registration process you have questions, contact the Community Education Office at 480-892- 9089.

If you have previously registered for a Community Education program, but need to choose a schedule or add a class or program, click here,
How to register:
When
you arrive at the registration link, choose your school location from a
pull-down menu or manually scroll down the page until you find your
location. Once you have located your school, select enroll and you will be taken to the registration page.
All
required fields must be filled in completely, including DES and any
applicable discounts or your registration may be delayed. If you do not
currently have a student ID for your child, leave the field blank.
While
completing your child’s registration DO NOT use the back button, doing
so will erase all currently entered information and the registration
will need to be restarted from the beginning.
Adding additional children:
Once
you have completed your child’s registration you will have the option
to add another child by selecting “+Add a new child” at the top left
corner of the screen. If you choose to add another child, you will be
redirected back to the payment page once the additional registration is
completed.
Completing your payment information:
Complete your payment information and choose your userID and password. Please write down your userID and password for safekeeping--it will be needed for all future online transactions.
After submitting your payment, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to choose your child’s schedule.
If
you have chosen any discounts, DES, or if your child has an IEP
(individualized education plan) your registration will need to be
approved prior to choosing a schedule. This may take a full business
day. If your child has an IEP it will need to be reviewed and approved
prior to registration. You may attach the IEP during registration or fax
to 480-892-8775.
