The Gilbert Oak Tree Speech/language Classroom is for students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade who are identified with Speech/language Impairments or Speech Language as a related service. We work in small groups to improve articulation, receptive language, expressive language, social language, and/or fluency skills as specific to each student's needs.
I has been a Speech/language Pathologist for 23 years and have worked both in the schools and in clinic settings. I received a the Masters of Natural Science in
Communication Disorders from Arizona State University in December of 1993. My Bachelor's degree is in Music Therapy from Michigan State University.
I grew up in Michigan and moved to Arizona around 1983. I am married, have one son, and a cat. I have many hobbies including walking, baking, reading, scrapbooking, and music! I also love to travel.
I am excited to work with your child who needs assistance in the area of Speech and Language!
